Byron Bay Farmers Market

 Most mornings you can find a Farmers Market in one our surrounding towns, but Byron Bay boasts one of the largest from 7am every Thursday.

Seasonal stalls offering locally grown, organic fruits and vegetables. Homemade cakes, chutneys and dressings, and fresh juices squeezed on site.

This is an irresistible opportunity to taste, buy and chat directly to the farmers. Share growing tips and myths or simply sample the produce. Selection is high and prices are fair.

Each town’s market offers a slight variation, so do the rounds, for a taste of all the Northern Rivers has to offer. All are within an hour’s drive of Byron Bay.

On the first Sunday of every month Butler Street Reserve hosts the community market, with several acres of imported gifts and local creations. Clothes come vintage and new and endless crafts differing each month. From jewellery to kayaks, toys to bamboo kitchen wares. 

Spend an afternoon perusing the aisles, and get amongst the local performers, activists and exotic food stalls.
